Susan Racine has more than two decades of experience in the Commercial Real Estate market.
Currently, Susi is the Vice President of Business Brokerage specializing in the sale of businesses from small retail shops to large manufacturing and fabricating businesses. She has completed advanced Business Brokerage courses, which combined with her experience in the real estate market, allow her to effectively market and sell your business.
In addition to Business Brokerage, Susi handles transactions for all forms of real estate, including: land, investments and leases. Susi is an expert in her field.
Susi lives on the eastside of Evansville. She is a member of ICBOR, Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, NAR, National Association of Realtors, the ABWA, is an Arbitrator for Better Business Bureau and involved in Church and Civic activities.
